Terms of Service
Welcome to UniciView. We want our Terms of Service to be clear and easy to understand. These Terms explain how UniciView works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you use our website or advertising services.
One important point before you continue: please pay particular attention to Section 4 – Your Content & Responsibilities. Because UniciView publishes your content as advertising – through our own Google Ads account, and through your own Meta and TikTok accounts on your behalf – it is important that the content and destination website you provide are legal, accurate, safe, and properly authorized.
If anything in these Terms is unclear, please contact us before starting a campaign.
1. About These Terms
UniciView provides marketing and advertising services. UniciView is operated by Qfly Tech FZE, licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (License No. 2842), at:
Premises DSO-HQ-C6-604, HQ Building
Dubai Silicon Oasis
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
In these Terms, “UniciView”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Qfly Tech FZE, operating the UniciView service.
These Terms apply to:
- The UniciView website
- Your UniciView account
- Advertising campaigns managed by UniciView on your behalf
By using the UniciView website or services, you agree to these Terms.
If you have any questions before using our services, please contact us at admin@uniciview.com.
2. How Our Advertising Service Works
You tell us about your business, your goals, and what you would like to promote. You provide the campaign materials, and UniciView develops and manages the corresponding advertising across the platforms we support.
Where your advertising runs, and whose account it runs from, depends on the type of platform being used.
Search and display advertising
For search advertising on Google, and for advertising shown across the websites and apps of Google’s display network, UniciView funds and manages the advertisement through its own Google Ads account. You do not need your own Google Ads account. However, the advertisement may display the address of the destination website—normally your own website—so your domain can be visible to people viewing the advertisement.
Social media advertising
On Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, your advertisements run in your own advertising account and are published from your own Page or profile, under your own brand. You give UniciView access to those accounts by connecting your Meta or TikTok account to UniciView, and UniciView then creates and manages the campaigns there on your behalf.
- You pay the advertising spend on these platforms to UniciView, and UniciView pays the platform, so you receive one bill from UniciView, as with Google.
- You remain the owner of those accounts and can remove UniciView’s access at any time. Once access is removed, we can no longer manage campaigns in that account.
- If you do not have a Meta or TikTok advertising account yet, we will guide you through creating one.
In every case, visitors are directed to the destination agreed between you and UniciView.
3. Your Account
When creating and using an UniciView account, please:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your login details secure and confidential
- Tell us as soon as possible if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use UniciView’s services.
4. Your Content & Responsibilities
This is an important section. Please read it carefully.
Your content remains yours
You continue to own the content you submit to UniciView. However, by giving us content for an advertising campaign, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use and promote it. This includes videos, photographs, graphics, music, fonts, trademarks, written material, and other elements included in your campaign.
When you submit content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use and publish it
- People appearing in the content have agreed to appear in advertising
- Claims made in the content are accurate and can be supported
- The content complies with applicable laws
- The content complies with the rules and policies of the advertising platforms being used
Your own advertising accounts
Where your campaigns run in your own Meta or TikTok account, you also confirm that you are authorized to give UniciView access to that account, that you keep it in good standing, and that you follow the platform’s own terms. We act only within the access you give us.
Your destination website is also important
If an advertisement directs people to a website, you also confirm that:
- You own or control the website, or have permission to send advertising traffic to it
- The website is working properly
- The website does not contain malicious software
- The website does not mislead visitors about its identity or purpose
- Products, services, prices, offers, and other representations on the website match what is presented in the advertisement
- The website and any information it collects from visitors comply with applicable laws and relevant advertising-platform policies
Permission to promote your content
By submitting campaign content, you give UniciView permission to publish and promote that content as paid advertising. You also allow us to make reasonable technical adjustments when needed to meet the requirements of different advertising formats or platforms. This permission applies during your campaign and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for record-keeping purposes.
Why these responsibilities matter
UniciView publishes and funds Google advertising through its own Google Ads account. This means that if client content causes a copyright complaint, violates a platform policy, or directs people to a problematic website, Google may take action against UniciView’s account. In serious cases, this could affect advertising campaigns belonging to other UniciView clients as well. On Meta and TikTok, a platform’s action falls on your own advertising account. For these reasons, these responsibilities are an important part of our agreement with you—not simply a formality.
If content or a destination website does not meet these requirements, UniciView may refuse, delay, suspend, or remove the advertising.
We are not required to review or approve every element of content you submit. If we review or approve particular content, this does not transfer responsibility for that content to UniciView.
If UniciView faces a claim or loss because the assurances you provided in this Section were breached, you agree to compensate UniciView for that claim or loss.
Money that has already been committed to an advertising platform may not be refundable.
5. Fees, Campaign Budgets & Refunds
Before a campaign begins, we will agree with you on:
- Pricing
- Advertising budget
- Scope of services included in your campaign
On every platform—Google, Meta and TikTok—you pay the advertising budget to UniciView and we pay the platform, so you receive one bill from UniciView.
Once money has been committed to an advertising platform, it cannot normally be recovered and is therefore non-refundable. Any campaign funds paid to UniciView that have not yet been committed to an advertising platform will be refunded where applicable.
6. Advertising Results
We will use reasonable skill and care when providing our services and managing your campaigns. However, digital advertising is influenced by many factors that UniciView does not control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific number of:
- Impressions
- Clicks
- Sales
- Leads
- Registrations
- Other campaign results
Advertising platforms may also change their algorithms, policies, approval processes, or systems without notice. We therefore cannot guarantee that a particular advertisement will be approved by a platform or that advertising services will always operate without interruption.
Our commitment is to manage your campaign professionally and with reasonable skill and care, rather than to promise a particular advertising result.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to applicable law, UniciView is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of business.
For any individual campaign, UniciView’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to UniciView for that campaign.
8. Closing or Suspending an Account
You may close your UniciView account at any time.
UniciView may suspend or close an account when:
- These Terms have been breached
- Activity associated with the account places UniciView’s advertising accounts at risk
- We are required to do so by law
If an account is suspended or closed, campaigns that are currently running may also be stopped.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our services, advertising platforms, or applicable requirements evolve. If we make a change that materially affects you, we will provide appropriate notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
