At UniciView, we believe privacy should be explained clearly—not hidden behind complicated legal language. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who We Are
UniciView provides marketing and advertising services. UniciView is operated by Qfly Tech FZE, licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (License No. 2842), at:

2. What Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you register or create a campaign with UniciView, you may provide information such as:
- Your name and email address
- Information about your business
- Your campaign objectives
- Your intended audience
- Your campaign budget
- Images, videos, written content, or other materials you submit for promotion
We use this information to provide the services you request and to prepare, manage, and deliver your campaigns.
Information from your own advertising accounts
If your campaigns run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok, you give UniciView access to your own advertising account there. With that access we read and manage only what is needed to run your campaigns: the account’s name and identifier, the Page or profile your ads are published from, the campaigns we create or manage, their settings, and their results (for example spend, reach, clicks and conversions). We never receive your password or your payment card details—those stay with the platform—and you can remove our access at any time in the platform’s own settings.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically receive basic technical and usage information, including:
- Pages you visit
- Time of access
- Your approximate country
- Device type
- Screen dimensions
- Standard technical information sent by your browser
This information helps us understand how our website is being used and improve our services.
What we do not collect
UniciView does not request or store your payment card details. We also do not acquire personal information about you from third-party sources, other than the advertising-account information you choose to give us access to (described above).
3. Advertising & Measurement Technologies
To understand how well our advertising performs, UniciView currently uses the Meta Pixel. For example, it can help us understand how many people reached UniciView through an advertisement and what they did after arriving on our website. The Meta Pixel may use cookies and send information about your visit to Meta Platforms, Inc.
In the future, UniciView may integrate similar advertising and measurement technologies from platforms such as Google, TikTok, or Snapchat. We will update this Privacy Policy before activating those technologies.
You can limit these technologies by disabling third-party cookies in your browser or by adjusting your advertising preferences with the relevant platform.
4. Content You Submit for Promotion
Please read this section carefully if you create a campaign with UniciView.
When you provide images, videos, text, or other materials for an advertising campaign, UniciView publishes and promotes that content in one of two ways, depending on the platform:
- Google (search and display): through UniciView’s own Google Ads account, so you do not need a Google Ads account of your own.
- Meta and TikTok: in your own advertising account, from your own Page or profile and under your own brand, using the access you give us.
Because campaign content is used for advertising, it becomes publicly visible and may be seen or processed by users, advertising platforms, and related advertising systems. Please submit only content that you own or otherwise have the right and permission to publish and promote.
Files you upload. When you add images or videos to a campaign, we store them on UniciView’s servers, with a fingerprint of each file, so we can prepare, review and run your ads. Before a file is kept, an automated check looks at it for content that cannot be advertised, and a file it refuses is deleted at once. When you confirm our upload agreement, we record the version you confirmed, when, and your IP address.
Assistant memory. When you use Ask UniciView while signed in, we keep your conversations and short notes our assistant writes about your campaigns (for example, what you decided and what is still open) so it can continue where you left off. They are kept while the campaign or your account exists, deleted when you delete them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time at admin@uniciview.com.
BUSINESS CONTACT RESEARCH - To help business customers find potential buyers, UniciView may collect publicly available business contact information (a person's name, job title, company, work email and work phone) from public sources and licensed business data providers, and show it only to the customer who requested that research. Each item records where it came from. We never share one customer's results with another and we never contact these people ourselves. Anyone can ask us to remove their information at admin@uniciview.com, and we will stop showing it.
5. Why We Use Your Information
We use personal information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so, including to:
- Provide the services you request
- Create, deliver, and measure your advertising campaigns
- Operate and protect our website
- Meet applicable legal requirements
Where the law requires your consent—for example, for certain advertising cookies—we will rely on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
6. When We Share Information
To provide our services, some information may need to be processed by trusted service providers and advertising platforms. For example:
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta and TikTok) receive the campaign content and measurement information necessary to deliver and measure advertising—in UniciView’s Google Ads account, or in your own Meta and TikTok accounts
- Hosting and email service providers may process information on our behalf as part of operating UniciView
- AI service providers process material only to provide the service: Anthropic (Claude, our assistant) looks at each file you upload, or a few frames of a video, to tell us whether it can be advertised, and helps plan and review your campaigns; OpenAI, Google and ElevenLabs create the images, video and voice you ask LUMIVI Studio for
We may disclose information when required by applicable law. UniciView does not sell your personal information.
7. Where Your Information Is Stored
UniciView’s servers are located in Europe, and our email services are hosted by Zoho.
Advertising platforms operate internationally. As a result, information related to advertising campaigns may be processed or transferred to other countries, including the United States, as part of delivering and measuring advertisements.
We keep account and campaign records while your account is active and, where necessary, for an additional period to meet accounting or legal requirements. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete the information we are not legally required to keep.
Access you give us to your Meta or TikTok advertising account lasts until you remove it; the campaign records we keep from that account follow the same rules as your other campaign records.
Files you upload are kept while the campaign exists, and deleted when you remove them, when you delete the campaign, or when your account is deleted. An upload that is started but never finished is deleted after 48 hours. Once a file is published on an advertising platform, that platform keeps its own copy under its own terms.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You can contact us to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to a particular use of your information

9. Users Under 18
UniciView’s services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you believe that someone under 18 has provided personal information to UniciView, please contact us at admin@uniciview.com, and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve or legal requirements change. If we make a change that materially affects how your information is handled, we will provide appropriate notice.
